Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen issue, a shipment of umbrellas was lost in transit, and we had to reorder the entire batch. As our supplier is based overseas, this replacement took longer than expected, and we sincerely regret the delay.
This situation is not typical for us—usually, orders take about 7-9 weeks for international shipments to arrive.
